queendarcy says: I really enjoyed watching this anime, its a lot like hellsing (anime), or the movie Van Hellsing. but with a nice mix of sci-fi and modified vampire lore. while the progression through the series is good, the ending kinda leaves one sitting. otherwise its a good vampire action adventure anime.
swirly says: I only really have one problem with this anime. That problem is basically just with the main character powering up. I kind of feel like half the eps are..intro good guys...intro bad guys...power up...kill bad guys. The power difference through alot of the eps is so much that its just overkill. Later on though it evens out some and isn't so bad. Basically I like the anime alot when the main character isn't powered up, but it loses me some when he goes all powerful. Thankfully he doesn't spend very long at all powered up so its not a huge problem...more of a minor complaint.
Other than that issue though the anime is really good. I was exagerating some too when I said it was intro good, intro bad, power, kill...there is actually a story and such as well. The story is actually a pretty good one. The characters are awesome as well. You'll find yourself enjoying them. So overall its a great anime, just has little bits that detract some in my mind.
